Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate return shipping address.
Package Your Return
Securely pack your book in its original packaging or a sturdy envelope, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
